Today we had to do zones of regulations which is how people fell throughout the day and how that affect people and themselves.
Blue is bored,tired and sad and few more.Green is happy and ready to go and a few more.
Yellow is nervous,worried,silly and anxious.
Red is angry/mad and out of control and lot more.
I have learnt alot from this and how emotions change throughout your day
